What is the Fit and Fun Adventure Boot Camp of Maryland?

A four-week comprehensive fitness and weight loss program of fitness instruction, food modification, nutritional counseling, & motivational training provided by The Fitness Twins, personal trainers Charmaine Davis and Elaine Davis. Check out out colleague in DC www.dcbootcamp.com.

What if I'm not very physically fit?

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to compromise their safety by going beyond their capability. Men and women of all ages and abilities are welcomed. Teens and pre teens are also welcomed. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

 

Where is it?

The Fit and Fun Adventure Boot Camp is located in Silver Spring, MD. Our morning camp is help at Sligo Middle School, 1401 Dennis Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland and our evening camp is held at the Fitness Twins Exercise Studio, 2415-A Ennalls Avenue, Silver Spring, MD. During winter months, both camps are held at the Fitness Twins Exercise Studio.

How often will we meet?

Morning boot camp meets Monday through Friday for one hour, 5:45-6:45am. Evening boot camp meets Monday, Tuesday, Thursday for one hour, 6:15-7:15pm. Camp begins promptly, so participants are encouraged to arrive on time.

So, what will I get out of it?

You should make a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. Program consists of exercises designed to:

  • firm your butt and thighs,
  • tone and strengthen your upper body,
  • strengthen your core,
  • reduce body fat, and
  • increase stamina.

We strongly emphasize body fat reduction. A reduction in body fat and an increase in lean muscle results in fewer inches and greater strength. You'll also love the way you look and feel. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to meet great people who share your goals. Each camper who completes the camp will receive a boom camp t-shirt. Other gifts are also awarded throughout camp for various accomplishments.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?

Each 4-week, 5-day boot camp costs just $299. Each 4-week, 3-day boot camp costs just $189. This is a great chance to receive motivating fitness instruction by certified personal trainers for just a fraction of the cost of personal training.

Will you offer camps at other times?
